At 5,000 feet in the Sierra Vista Mountains, our estate-grown grapes develop slow, concentrated flavors that low-elevation vineyards simply can't match. Every bottle carries the character of the Arizona high country.
Our Story
What began as a weekend hobby in 1998 has grown into one of Arizona's most distinctive wine estates. The Sollenberger family planted our first vineyard on a quarter-acre plot behind our Payson home — three rows of Cabernet Sauvignon that produced just 120 bottles that first year.
Today, our 12-acre estate vineyard produces over 3,000 cases annually. We don't chase trends or chase volume. We focus on what the high desert does best: coaxing deep, structured fruit from vines that struggle just enough to make something worth remembering.

From our flagship Syrah to our late-harvest Moselle, every bottle is crafted from estate-grown fruit and aged in French oak. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Dark cherry, blackberry compote, and a whisper of cedar. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long, warm finish that lingers like a Payson evening.

Our most awarded wine. Black olive, smoked meat, and blueberry reduce over a backbone of firm, dusty tannins. A high-desert Syrah that earns its reputation every vintage.

Events & Experiences
Walk-ins welcome Thursday through Monday. Sample five estate wines with your host while overlooking the vines and the White Mountains beyond.

Four-course dinners paired with current releases, held under the stars during harvest season. Local chefs, local ingredients, local wine. Limited seating each evening.

We drove up from Phoenix for a weekend and made a detour to Sollenberger on a whim. The Syrah changed how we think about Arizona wine. We've been back every summer since — the views, the hospitality, and that wine. It's become part of our family tradition.
